COMT-IN-2

COMT-IN-2 (compound 9) is a potent and selective inhibitor of membrane-bound COMT (MB-COMT), showing high potency in brain and liver with IC50 values of 24 nM and 81 nM, respectively, while being less active against soluble S-COMT (IC50=620 nM) . This small molecule is a valuable research tool for investigating catecholamine metabolism and neurodegenerative diseases in both in vitro and in vivo models.
