PROTAC SMARCA2 degrader-10 (I-507) is a potent and selective small molecule degrader of the SMARCA2 (BRM) protein. It achieves over 90% degradation (Dmax >90%) with a DC50 below 100 nM in A549 cells within 24 hours. This tool compound is valuable for probing SMARCA2 biology in cancer research and for targeted protein degradation studies both in vitro and in vivo.
