PD-1/PD-L1-IN-50

PD-1/PD-L1-IN-50 (LG-12) is a small molecule inhibitor that blocks the PD-1/PD-L1 interaction. This action enhances IFN-γ secretion and CD8+ T cell activation, thereby promoting T cell-mediated anti-tumor immunity in both in vitro and in vivo cancer immunotherapy research.
