LSD1-IN-35
LSD1-IN-35 (Z-1) is a potent and selective LSD1 inhibitor (IC50 = 108 nM) that blocks H3K4me1/2 demethylation. It functions as an immunomodulator by downregulating PD-L1 expression, which in vitro studies show can sensitize gastric cancer cells to T-cell-mediated cytotoxicity.
