DNMT1/HDAC-IN-1 ((R) -23a) is a potent dual DNMT1 and HDAC1 inhibitor (HDAC1 IC50 = 0.05 μM) . It reverses epigenetic silencing of tumor suppressor genes, remodels the tumor immune microenvironment, and has demonstrated efficacy in inducing tumor regression in preclinical in vivo studies.
