SP3N
SP3N is a small molecule prodrug that is metabolized to SP3CHO, an aldehyde which recruits the SCFFBXO22 E3 ligase to selectively degrade FKBP12. This targeted protein degradation tool is used in cancer research, with studies demonstrating its activity in both cellular and in vivo models.
