ABT-751 hydrochloride is an orally bioavailable sulfonamide that binds the colchicine site on β-tubulin, inhibiting polymerization and causing G2/M arrest and apoptosis. It also induces autophagy via AKT/mTOR inhibition and has shown antitumor activity in preclinical models of lung, colon, breast, and gastric cancers.
