Sipuleucel-T

Sipuleucel-T is an autologous cellular immunotherapy designed to induce an immune response against prostate cancer by targeting prostate acid phosphatase (PAP) . It is applied in clinical and preclinical research for studying antigen-specific T-cell activation and efficacy in both in vitro assays and in vivo models.
