SBN-284 (compound 3x) is a brain-penetrant, dual-target inhibitor for Alzheimer's disease research, potently blocking acetylcholinesterase/butyrylcholinesterase (IC50 ~0.3 μM) and the NLRP3 inflammasome (EC50 1 μM) .
