DOTA.SA.FAPi TFA is a bifunctional chelator combining a squaric acid derivative with the FAP inhibitor UAMC1110. It potently inhibits fibroblast activation protein (FAP; IC50 = 0.9 nM) and targets prolyl endopeptidase (PREP; IC50 = 5.4 μM) . When radiolabeled with 68Ga, it functions as a PET tracer for imaging FAP-expressing cancers in preclinical research.
