LMP7/LMP2-IN-1 (Compound 19) is an orally active dual inhibitor of immunoproteasome subunits LMP2 (IC50=10 nM) and LMP7 (IC50=257 nM) . It has been shown in vivo to reduce antibody production and modulate B-cell populations in immunized mice, supporting its use as a research tool for studying autoimmune conditions.
