EGFR-IN-120

EGFR-IN-120 (Compound 11eg) is an orally bioavailable EGFR inhibitor with potent, selective activity against the EGFR L858R/T790M/C797S triple mutant (IC50 = 0.053 μM) . It suppresses mutant EGFR signaling and downstream pathways, leading to cell cycle arrest, apoptosis, and inhibition of NSCLC cell proliferation in vitro.
