EPZ-4777 is a potent and selective DOT1L inhibitor that suppresses leukemogenic gene expression by blocking H3K79 methylation. It is widely used in cancer research to study mixed lineage leukemia (MLL) both in vitro and in vivo, demonstrating selective activity against cells with MLL gene translocations.
