AC-42 hydrochloride
AC-42 hydrochloride is a muscarinic M1 receptor conformational agonist, with EC50 values of 805 nM (human wild-type) and 220 nM (Y381A mutant) . It induces inositol phosphate accumulation and calcium mobilization in vitro, making it a useful research tool for studying M1 receptor signaling in cellular models.
