HDAC3-IN-5 (9c) is a potent and selective HDAC3 inhibitor (IC50 = 4.2 nM) . It induces apoptosis in MV4-11 cells in vitro and reduces anti-apoptotic protein expression, showing potential as a lead compound for research into overcoming Venetoclax resistance in hematological cancers.
