Rhodady C10 (Compound C10) is a dynamin I GTPase inhibitor that blocks receptor-mediated endocytosis with an IC50 of 7 μM. This tool compound is used in vitro to study clathrin-independent pathways, phagocytosis, and caveolae-mediated internalization in cellular trafficking research.
