PPADS
PPADS is a potent, competitive P2X1 and P2X3 receptor antagonist (IC50 68 nM and 214 nM, respectively) and a reversible NAADP receptor blocker. This ATP analog is used in research to study purinergic signaling, demonstrating efficacy in reducing hyperalgesia and modulating inflammatory pathways like NO/NOS and IL-1β in both in vitro and in vivo models.
