XMU-MP-5
XMU-MP-5 is a potent and selective ALK inhibitor, demonstrating in vitro activity with IC50 values of 4-50 nM in ALK-mutant Ba/F3 cells and inducing apoptosis. It has also shown in vivo antitumor efficacy in mouse models, supporting its use in oncology research targeting ALK-driven cancers.
