PROTAC NCOA4 degrader-1

PROTACNCOA4 degrader-1 (V3) is a potent, cell-permeable PROTAC inducing NCOA4 degradation with a DC50 of 3 nM in HeLa cells. It functions as a ferroptosis inhibitor by reducing NCOA4 and intracellular Fe2+, and has demonstrated protective efficacy in a CCl4-induced acute liver injury model in vivo.
