LC3in-C42

LC3in-C42 is a cell-permeable, covalent small-molecule inhibitor of LC3A/B that potently blocks autophagy by disrupting the LC3-P62 interaction. It is effective in both cellular assays and in vitro binding studies, providing a useful tool for probing autophagic flux and related pathways in cancer and neurodegenerative disease research.
