OATD-02 hydrochloride
OATD-02 hydrochloride is an orally bioavailable, non-covalent dual inhibitor of Arginase 1 and 2 (IC50: 20-39 nM) . This sustained-release compound reverses arginase-mediated immunosuppression in the tumor microenvironment and is used in research, including in vivo studies, for cancers such as melanoma.
