PROTACerf3a Degrader-2 (C59) is an orally bioavailable small molecule that degrades eRF3a (GSPT1) and downregulates SRD5A3, inhibiting cancer cell proliferation. It is used in vitro and in vivo research for studying prostate, ovarian, liver, cervical, leukemia, and breast cancers.
