Antitumor agent-182
Antitumor agent-182 (Compound 12a) is a small molecule that induces apoptosis in cancer cells by disrupting mitochondrial function, lowering MMP and increasing ROS. It arrests the cell cycle at G0/G1 phase and demonstrates antiproliferative activity against HeLa, PC-3, and HCT-15 cell lines with IC50 values in the low micromolar range.
