Antifungalagent 108 (14d) is a novel imidazo[1,2-b]pyridazine compound demonstrating potent in vitro antifungal activity against Madurella mycetomatis (IC50 = 0.9 μM) with moderate cytotoxicity in NIH-3T3 fibroblasts (IC50 = 14.3 μM) . This small molecule is a valuable research tool for studying mycetoma and antifungal drug discovery.
