Adenosine receptor antagonist 5
Compound 39 is a potent and selective human A3 adenosine receptor antagonist (Ki = 12 nM) . It inhibits IB-MECA-induced cAMP production in vitro and demonstrates anti-proliferative effects in LK-2 and NCI-H1792 cancer cell lines, while exhibiting rapid metabolism in human liver microsomes.
