AP14145
AP14145 is a selective small molecule inhibitor of small conductance calcium-activated potassium channels KCa2.2 and KCa2.3 (IC50 = 1.1 μM) . It exhibits antiarrhythmic properties by prolonging the atrial effective refractory period and has been shown to convert atrial fibrillation to sinus rhythm in preclinical porcine models of heart dysfunction.
