NF-κB-IN-17 (Zinc5) is a small molecule inhibitor that blocks TNF-α-induced NF-κB DNA-binding activity in C2C12 cells. This compound is a useful research tool for studying NF-κB signaling in inflammatory and musculoskeletal disease models, both in vitro and in vivo.
