HDAC3-IN-4

HDAC3-IN-4 is a potent, orally bioavailable, and selective HDAC3 inhibitor (IC50 = 89 nM) that promotes PD-L1 degradation via lysosomal cathepsin B modulation (DC50 = 5.7 μM) . Its selectivity over other HDAC isoforms supports its utility in cancer immunotherapy research, both in vitro and in vivo, for investigating immune checkpoint regulation.
