CFTRcorrector 13 (SVQ18) is a small molecule corrector with an EC50 of 3.14 μM, shown to potentiate CFTR channel function in vitro, particularly in combination with Lumacaftor. It is a research tool for investigating cystic fibrosis and related CFTR channelopathies in cellular disease models.
