DBCO-PEG24-acid is a water-soluble, copper-free click chemistry reagent. Its DBCO group enables strain-promoted cycloaddition with azides, while the terminal acid can be conjugated to amines via amide coupling. This bifunctional linker is widely used for bioconjugation in vitro and for constructing antibody-drug conjugates and PEGylated nanoparticles in biomedical research.
