Z-L-Aha-OH (DCHA) is a click chemistry reagent featuring an azido group, enabling bioorthogonal labeling of biomolecules. It is widely used in proteomics for in vitro and in vivo studies to track and analyze newly synthesized proteins via copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) .
