Methyltetrazine-amido-N-bis (PEG4-acid)
Methyltetrazine-amido-N-bis (PEG4-acid) is a water-soluble, PEGylated click chemistry reagent for bioorthogonal labeling. Its methyltetrazine group rapidly conjugates with TCO-modified targets via iEDDA, while the dual carboxylic acids enable further amide coupling. This reagent is widely used for in vitro and in vivo bioconjugation, including antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) synthesis and live-cell imaging.
