JNU-0921 is a potent oral CD137 agonist that enhances cytotoxic T cell function and reduces exhaustion by promoting IFN-γ and Granzyme B expression. It shifts helper T cells toward a Th1 phenotype, supporting antitumor immunity in both cellular assays and in vivo research models.
