PF-05661014 is a demethylated analog of PF-06526290 that selectively blocks Nav1.3 and Nav1.7 sodium channels by binding to the voltage-sensing domain (VSD) of domain 4 to stabilize their inactivated state. It is a research tool used in vitro and in vivo for studying pain pathways and sodium channel pharmacology.
