Evo312

Evo312 is a dose-dependent PKCβI inhibitor (IC50 = 117.34 nM) that suppresses PKCβI protein expression, inducing cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. It demonstrates potent antiproliferative activity in pancreatic cancer cells, including gemcitabine-resistant lines, and shows antitumor efficacy in mouse xenograft models.
