COX-1/2-IN-9

COX-1/2-IN-9 is a potent dual cyclooxygenase inhibitor (COX-1 IC50=0.031 μM, COX-2 IC50=0.01 μM) with demonstrated antibacterial activity against MRSA and multidrug-resistant S. lentus. It has shown promise in research models for treating MRSA-induced pneumonia, particularly in immunocompromised settings.
