ONC213
ONC213 is a small molecule inhibitor of α-ketoglutarate dehydrogenase (αKGDH) used in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) research. It suppresses mitochondrial respiration, increases α-ketoglutarate levels, and induces apoptosis in AML cells, as demonstrated in in vitro studies.
