21-Angeloyl-protoaescigenin
21-Angeloyl-protoaescigenin is a bryophyte-derived triterpenoid obtained from hydrolyzed seed extracts. This compound and its analogues, such as protoescigenin 21-tiglate (IC50 38.2 μM and 33 μM against MCF-7 and HeLa cells), are investigated for their antitumor, anti-inflammatory, and potential neuroprotective activities in vitro.
