Angulasaponin B is a natural compound isolated from Vigna angularis that suppresses nitric oxide generation in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophages (IC50 13-24 μM) . This in vitro activity suggests its utility as a research tool for studying inflammatory pathways and macrophage activation.
