Sp-cAMPS-AM
Sp-cAMPS-AM is a cell-permeable cAMP analog that intracellularly releases the active form, Sp-cAMPS, to directly activate Protein Kinase A (PKA) and induce CREB phosphorylation. This tool compound is widely used in both in vitro and in vivo studies to investigate cAMP/PKA signaling pathways in neuroscience, cardiology, and cellular physiology research.
