GSK-3β inhibitor 17
This small molecule GSK-3β inhibitor, designated 17 (compound 5 n), demonstrates dose-dependent suppression of cisplatin-induced p-p65 and KIM-1 protein expression in HK-2 cells. At 32 μM, it also reduces mRNA levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, MCP-1), highlighting its utility for in vitro research on acute kidney injury (AKI) and inflammatory signaling pathways.
