MYX1715 is a potent, sub-nanomolar N-myristoyltransferase (NMT) inhibitor with a KD of 0.09 nM. It demonstrates in vitro anti-proliferative activity in cell lines such as LU0884 and LU2511 and exhibits in vivo antitumor efficacy in neuroblastoma and gastric cancer models, supporting its use in oncology research and ADC development.
