Sp-8-pCPT-cGMPS
Sp-8-pCPT-cGMPS is a membrane-permeable, phosphodiesterase-resistant activator of PKG and PKA II, and a potent CNG channel agonist. It is widely used in both in vitro and in vivo research to investigate cGMP-dependent signaling pathways in synaptic transmission, neural plasticity, and cardiovascular studies.
