Antitumor agent-172

Antitumor agent-172 is a potent small molecule inhibitor of the β-catenin/BCL9 protein-protein interaction (IC50 = 3.92 μM; Kd = 82 nM) . It demonstrates promising antitumor activity in murine models by disrupting oncogenic Wnt signaling, enhancing T cell activation and antigen presentation, as shown in published in vitro and in vivo studies.
