Antitumor agent-171
Antitumor agent-171 is a potent small molecule inhibitor of the β-catenin/BCL9 interaction (IC50=1.61 μM) with high affinity for β-catenin (Kd=0.63 μM) . It suppresses Wnt/β-catenin signaling downstream gene expression (Axin2 IC50=0.84 μM), inhibits cancer cell viability, and demonstrates in vivo antitumor activity alongside immunomodulatory effects such as T-cell activation.
