SelSA

SelSA is a potent and selective HDAC6 inhibitor (IC50 = 56.9 nM) with anti-cancer properties. It suppresses ERK1/2 phosphorylation, inhibits proliferation, migration, and invasion in breast and liver cancer cells in vitro, and demonstrates in vivo antitumor efficacy in mouse models.
