(R) -Vorbipiprant is a potent and selective EP4 receptor antagonist (Ki=16.6 nM) that inhibits PGE2-induced cAMP production (IC50=22 nM) . This orally active small molecule has demonstrated immunomodulatory and antiangiogenic effects in research, including efficacy in a murine collagen-induced arthritis model.
