JANEX-1 (WHI-P131) hydrochloride is a selective JAK3 inhibitor with a Ki of 2.3 μM and an IC50 of 78 μM, exhibiting no activity against JAK1 or JAK2. This tool compound is used in vitro and in vivo to investigate JAK3-specific signaling in immunology and autoimmune disease research.
