Sp-8-Cl-cAMPS is a cAMP analog that activates cAKI and cAKII protein kinases with Ka values of 0.25 μM and 3.2 μM, respectively. This compound demonstrates anti-proliferative activity in vitro, inhibiting the growth of HL-60 leukemia and LS-174T colon carcinoma cell lines with IC50 values between 8 and 100 μM.
