Sp-8-Cl-cAMPS
Sp-8-Cl-cAMPS is a cAMP analog that activates cAKI and cAKII with Ka values of 0.25 μM and 3.2 μM, respectively. It exhibits anti-proliferative activity in vitro against human tumor cell lines, including HL-60 leukemia and LS-174T colon carcinoma cells, with IC50 values ranging from 8 to 100 μM.
